• establish an independent body that effectively and thoroughly investigates the practice of illegal sterilization of Roma women in line with recent recommendations of the relevant UN Treaty Monitoring Bodies for Slovakia and the Czech Republic
• apologize and provide adequate compensation to illegally sterilized Roma women
